What's My Role?

Make sure everyone affected by the change initiative, knows what’s expected of them, has the proper resources, knows the impact of their work on others before, during, and after the change, understands how to perform their duties and what the deliverables actually look like, and of course are rewarded for doing a great job and coached through the learning process as necessary.
