Uncover Conflict

Our society is contentious. Violence is increasing. We can all do our part by being nicer to each other. WAIT! If we look back over time, many of the significant innovation and change occurred as a result of conflict. The struggle for our ideas is a necessary part of the process. Debate, argument, contention (in a professional way of course) is the necessary grease to get things done. Can you argue openly in your company?
