Stay The Course

Trust and truth can appear arbitrary. Consistency though, helps resolve conflicts over time. Experienced change leaders likely have been erroneously accused of lying or being untrustworthy at some point in their experience. Usually this originates from some conflict in the environment or the individuals personal perception of a conflict. If in fact you are being truthful, consistency is critical. What we have found is that if the individual sticks with the change project and the change leader has maintained consistency to their truth, the individual usually transforms into a strong supporter and advocate.
