In your Change Planning/Monitoring Workshops one thing you are analyzing is the climate of the organization for an ability to accept change. We are hearing more and more often that organizations can’t “swallow” one more change. Obviously, the way that formal changes are rolled out or down an organization have trained people to expect the worst and one more will in fact send them over the edge. Think about introducing change from a grass roots perspective using internal champions to begin using the new behavior and let the positive virus spread.
