Resistance is Real

Regardless of how annoying the resistors personality or approach it is necessary to research all resistance. How the resistance is presented isn't as important as the root cause. Our frustration as change leaders about why they 'don't get it' can easily cause us to miss an important opportunity that a resistor may uncover for you. Many times the resistance points out a flaw that if innovated out of the process can make the difference between success and failure.
