No more programs
It is important to implement. Be careful the implementation steps don't begin to take on a life of their own. Training programs are a good example. Do we want to do the training or obtain the results that a more educated associate will generate as a result? When starting training be careful about language used. Compare A) "We are rolling out the xyz training program, choose from the dates listed below." With, B) "In September we will be visiting your office to help you implement the xyz process. There are two days of training scheduled in August to prepare." Option A focuses on the training (the program) while option B focuses on the implementation of a process - a little easier for employees to relate to.
