For recurring meetings it's not always possible for everyone to arrive
on time. If this is happening in your meeting be prepared with some
valuable info for the people that are on time, but hold the critical
message for 5-10 minutes so everyone is on the correct page and you
don't have to revisit or worse leave important information out of the conversation.
